Double Girder Underslung Cranes

Enhanced Stability and Lifting Capacity with a Double Girder Underslung Crane

Double girder underslung cranes have two main girders, or beams, that run the length of the crane. The girders are connected by crossbeams, which support the hoist. The hoist is the mechanism that lifts and lowers the load.

Double girder underslung cranes are more stable and can lift heavier loads than single girder underslung cranes. They are also more versatile, as they can be used for a variety of tasks, such as lifting and moving materials, assembling machinery, and installing equipment.

Underslung cranes can be equipped with Street ZX electric wire rope hoists or Street LX electric chain hoists, with capacities up to 20 tonnes.

Advantages of a double girder underslung crane:

Dual Girder Design: Enhances stability and allows for heavier lifting capacities.
Crossbeam Support: Provides robust support for the hoist, ensuring reliable and efficient lifting operations.
Multi-Span: Our multi-span cane systems can be suspended over very large work areas.
Versatile Applications: Suitable for a variety of tasks, including lifting and moving materials, assembling machinery, and installing equipment.
